Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Senior Protect does not offer refunds on the Belle X2 device or on monthly monitoring service fees that have already been billed.

You may cancel your service at any time to stop future monthly billing. Cancelling stops all future charges but does not refund any payments already made.
