1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or signing up for Senior Protect service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Our Service

Senior Protect provides a Belle X2 mobile medical alert device with 24/7 US-based emergency monitoring, automatic fall detection, GPS location, and two-way voice communication. Our service connects you to a monitoring center; we do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate contact and billing information when you sign up. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal guardian or authorized representative of the person using the device, to create an account.

4. Billing and Payments

Service fees are billed monthly in advance. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for device purchases or monthly monitoring fees that have already been billed. You may cancel anytime to stop future charges.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your monitoring service at any time by calling our Care Team at 1-888-918-7962 Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET. Cancellation stops future monthly charges but does not refund prior payments.

6. Device and Network

The Belle X2 uses nationwide 4G LTE coverage where available. Service quality depends on wireless network availability in your area. Senior Protect is not responsible for gaps in wireless coverage, dead zones, or delays caused by third-party networks.

7. Limitation of Liability

Senior Protect does its best to respond quickly to every emergency signal. However, we are not liable for delays, failures to connect, missed signals, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the device or service, except where prohibited by law. The device and monitoring service are not a substitute for calling 911 directly when possible.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
